-2.5 more pounds! Total of 22.5 now! I can't believe it. Not too bad! However, after physical therapy we're leaving for Chico tonight. My hubby wants a lot of good eating. I haven't posted in a while, but on Friday I ended up not having my physical therapy. I get to RP, sit in the parking lot for 45 minutes because I'm early and get inside only to find out that they didn't have my authorization yet! You've got to be kidding me???? I talked to the Dr. and have been given the ok to start riding my stationary bike on top of going to physical therapy. Thank goodness! He said I can ride my bike for 30 minutes on days I don't go to physical therapy. So, now that is my goal for this week. I'm going to ride my bike for 30 minutes everyday but Friday. So far so good.
