Today we went to Chris' parents' house to tell his family. Apparently they all knew already! Chris had brought the ring around earlier to show them. I was the only one left out in the dark. I spent all today at home except for the hour and a half I spent running intervals around Lake Ginninderra. I have to go into uni early tomorrow to sort out my registration with disability services, and then I'm supposed to have six hours of labs, both with quizzes that I haven't prepared for, and one with an assignment that was due on Friday that ( Read more... )

I woke up this morning weighing 49.1 kilograms. With a BMI of 17.5 I now classify as 'anorexic' again. It's not a label I want. I think when I see Andrew on Wednesday the shit is going to hit the proverbial fan. We had an arrangement that I wouldn't go under a BMI of 19.5: 54.5 kilograms. I'm 5.5kg below that now. I got through my week of assessment and exams whole and almost sane.
*lets out sigh of relief*

I dropped 1.4kg in the last four days and didn't eat much at all but yesterday I took a big step and ate 1000 cals and am going to increase by at least 100 cals a day, preferably 200, so by the time my presentation is on Tuesday I will be up to at least 1500 and 1600 for my exam on Wednesday. I'm exhausted, I'm ridiculously dizzy, my glands are swollen and sore, my throat is sore, I'm spitting blood, my heart rate is sitting at 150 and it's my fault.

Chris spoke to the woman fostering the puppy and it seems that we are appropriate to take her in. We will go visit her early next week. She is mostly staffodshire bull terrier crossed with a little blue heeler. She's seven months old and was rescued from the pound by the ACT Rescue and Foster organization.
