Bits of Season 7 that I liked were really all character-based - paranoid Frank was brilliant, I wish they hadn't got rid of him so soon; I liked how slimy Dick Roman was, and Edgar was pretty menacing; the Alpha Vamp was excellent. Kevin was a hit straight away too - shows how consistently good SPN casting was. I liked Charlie too, in this episode anyway. [Wasn't too keen on the way they brought her back later, it was so obviously Felicia not Charlie].
The rest - I had to read your recaps to remind myself what the season was about. They should never have tried to show the Leviathans, those special effects sucked all the terror out of the creatures and made them ridiculous. I thought the whole corporate takeover idea was actually quite clever, even though the using humans for food was old hat. The rest - some good epsiodes, some bad, lots of things I found hard to swallow but hey - still better than seasons 13-15.

Honestly I am kind of dreading go back through the later seasons...
