Sunday was interesting. It turns out I'm fantastically stubborn and competitive. As this was my first long race I was profoundly unexperienced with how to manage myself in terms of pace and speed... and my new fangled GPS containing watch thingy has the data to prove it! That is awesome, congratulations. I did the exact same Picton half exactly two years ago and I was just as mad that they didn't mark the last couple of kilometers, it felt like forever. You beat my time too, I got 2:03, you are the champ!
