The life and times of the iddle and unemployed!

I don't think there are any positions available at the moment for your qualifications, but I used to work for the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, and I saw several job postings while I was there that listed an M.Ed as a requirement.

It's worth keeping an eye on. Thankfully physicians and related organizations are generally recession proof!

I actually do find the details of your exercising interesting! I'm so agog that you're able to do all of these things!! Even when I was religiously going to the gym every other day and running every day I still don't feel I could have accomplished what you are! A triathlon! You get my undying respect now, friend! :]

Can you donate blood after your iron gets back up to a good level? I'm just wondering for future reference in case I ever find out my iron is low.

Dude I started out as the least athletic person ever... and then started out running one minute walking one. But for me to want to do something I have to set goals... so I signed up for a ten km... then another and tried to do it under an hour, then a half marathon... and now the triathlon. But its all reasonable little steps that ANYONE could do.. no props needed :) The triathlon I'm starting with is a "Try a Tri" and the distances for each sport are quite short.

Oh yeah! They give you a little memo with tips to get your iron up and ask you to come back in 56 days... I guess its quite common. My Iron wasn't actually low for a woman my age... it just wasn't high enough so that if they took a unit of blood they wouldn't risk it going too low.

those blood donor people keep haggling me too, always forgetting that both times i tried to give i was REJECTED as well for being anemic. add to that a cornucopia of hallucinogens i ingest on an ongoing daily basis, my blood is like drain-o.

i am please with your workout results. remember to up your creatine intake and we'll work on vascularity when you get here.

LOVESLOPPY!

My vascularity is really dropping in absence of your disciplined and focussed drilling. I'm ready for you to throttle my vascules.
