I have a new diagnosis, and one that I struggled with when it was first dumped on me. It's a loaded term. It calls to mind "crazy" people, standing on building ledges or writing on walls. Tomorrow we have our gender ultrasound. I'm excited and nervous and several other things that I haven't pinned names to. Mostly excited. It's been five weeks since my last OB visit, and that fact alone breeds apprehension; without the reassurance that comes from seeing or hearing baby's heartbeat, five weeks is an eternity for my mind to work ( Read more... )
