I'm sure I'll make a lot of "WTF" faces when I rewatch Merlin, but just on a squee basis, I kind of loved it. I think I overlooked the continuity issues the first go round, though I noticed them. Also, I'm easily distracted by that amount pretty ( ... )

I might have to rewatch that last Merlin, because I was so distracted by Gwen being awesome, and pretty, and a MFQUEEN OF CAMELOT.

I'm really interested to know exactly what her role will be now that Morgana's gone, is she still a servant? Or maybe not, because her brother's a knight now? IDK.

My Jeremy/Bonnie love when into overdrive with this episode, I wasn't expecting that last scene between them AT ALL. But I admit, I watched it twice because I'm pathetic.

I think my exact words to bana were "I think I may explode if Gwen keeps this up." I don't think there are words for what I felt when she was being badass and Queen like in the beginning. Angel Colby makes life better, period ( ... )

YES, THIS!!! I'm tired of going backwards or staying stagnant. It's time for Arthur to be king. I don't expect him to be perfect in the role, and frankly, he has the right to have serious growing pains. But him stumbling through is still far better than Uther in power. I honestly didn't feel a lick of sympathy for Uther. And as Mannikian as Morgana's worldview is, I agreed with her (save for the offing of innocent people in the beginning).

Plus, if Arthur is king, then it means Gwen gets to rule Camelot. Because, let's face it, Gwen will run that show. Arthur isn't dumb by any means, but our girl simply kicks ass. She gets things done BJ, and she does it with grace and without losing who she is. You know this warms my heart for days.

And Percival, I would every day, on repeat. Hell, the entire Round Time gets the same treatment.
