Le JobYesterday I queried a few schools of interest to get more information about positions they'd listed and one replied this morning with a helpful response. I was happy to see it, as I've been floundering the last day or so over just which job to apply for next. There's a whole passel of them out there for the taking, but I just wasn't sure

I peeked at PNW Library Jobs recently and was amazed at how many are out there. An intern that I've been mentoring a bit (me! mentoring!) is graduating soon so I told him he'd better get crackin'!

Must be time for all the academic libraries to hire people or something. Probably trying to get people in before summer/fall. Or maybe before the new fiscal year. Or both... Hm.

There really are a lot of jobs being posted of late. There was a little storm of postings a few weeks ago and it has not 100% abated yet.
