Got some progress shots of things that are nearing completion: The wings are close to being done; all that is left is gluing the tips back on (will wait till everything else is done, no sense in knocking them off again), and painting the zebra stripes on the fur. Ooooh, I like the shape on those hands...

How's the new trimmer working?

(Also, oh man, painting stripes on fur, what a pain to match that tail... :/)

Looking amazingly good though! I love those wings! They fold up and stretch, right? :D

The trimmer works just fine, but there is one thing I failed to take into account. It doesn't follow the shape of the finger that would be there; it follows the shape of what is actually there. So a gap in the foam, or some stray glue that is hidden underneath the fur, does cause the trimmer to leave gaps and chunks. So I'll have to go over it again with some precision scissors I guess, to get a really nice finish. (It looks good enough from a distance, for the moment.)

And the stripes on the wings are much closer together than on the tail, to boot! ><
They don't fold up or stretch sadly - they only rotate horizontally at the shoulder joint (an inch and a half from the harness). That does give a cape-like impression when rotated fully inward!

Glad they look good. Thanks <3
