With phone calls at 3:30 in the morning, you just never know what to expect. You know it's not going to be a normal "so, what are you doing" call. So when you answer the phone, and this guy you know is telling you that his friend has gone to get a knife to put some "motherfucker in tha hospital", it doesn't really seem all that surprising.
