NEVER agree to deal with bookings for holiday over the Christmas period if you have 80 odd staff to deal with. Especially if nobody knows how much holiday they've already taken.

Busy busy busy at the moment with sorting out the house (we never REALLY got it sorted in the first place, and now Ruth has moved in it's worse) so no proper update today - not that anything has happened.
