i can feel it on my tongue/but is not there yet, i can smell it/although i don't want to, & i can feel it coming up, pushing itself higher & higher, & cannot stop it.
my/bones & muscles are fighting against each other: pressure: +++; lungs refuse to receive more air; ... (weakness)
