i got a dozen roses for my birthday from chris. he's the best. my students are the best. they decorated my room with balloons and streamers. they baked me a bat-cake. they gave me a bat-pinata they made. they gave me presents. they made me a card. -sigh- two 12 year olds made a bigger deal of my birthday than my family did. seriously.
