I keep finding myself in Vegas....I don't like Vegas. It's seedy, it's trashy, the music is god awful. Cirque Du Soliel is it's only saving grace. However with the right company it can be fun

Sounds like quite the adventure. My brother was really good friends with Joey Arias (The MC for Zumanity) She came to a Horses show once when we played in NYC. Funny, last night I just watched the Hedwig DVD ... the behind the scenes show how Hedwig got started at Squeezebox, lots of footage of Mistress Formica and Lady Bunny. We played Sqeezebox once, years ago. It was honestly one of my favorite shows. What a fantastic club! Great music and people, good energy. Mistress Formica is featured in Venus of Mars also (the documentary about All The Pretty Horses) OK..I just realized this whole post is name dropping..perhaps, but actually I'm just acknowledging some of my favorite drag queens.

Joey was absolutely amazing in Zumanity, a pleasure to watch from beginning to end.
Mistress and Sherry are both a total trip, vicious, talented, fabulous.
I wish I could have gone to squeeze box, but sadly I never did. I'm trying desperately to get Michael to start a new night here in town, but he's really not interested... Oh well. Thats awesome that you got to perform there!
