Well done on beating your time, and those scotch eggs look delicious. I just had a hard boiled egg with my lunch and it would have been greatly improved by a savoury coat
I've made a few scotch eggs in the past but Stegzy is not an egg eater and I know if I was to make anything more than one I would eat the bloody lot.
Well done BTW on your weight loss, 9 stone difference in a year is fantastic. I'm still hovering around the 5 stone loss mark but mostly keeping it off, which is a good thing.
From what I can gather, keeping it off is the hardest bit, so good for you! Fingers crossed I'll be able to. I still have another 3ish stone to lose before I attempt the plateau though
Well done. You can't be that far from your desired BMI by now. How you managed to pack that run in AND London Has Fallen... How was the film? I'm guessing a cross between Independence Day and 300??
I still have some way to go. My target weight is still 2st 11lbs away. That weight is still over where my recommended BMI suggests. Though BMI is a bit of a crap measure really. It says I can be as low as 10.5 stone, which would be far too low.
I enjoyed the film. It won't be troubling the Oscars, but for a silly shootemup it was entertaining. Seeing London get destroyed was quite sobering too.

The scotch eggs are really tasty. I use low fat sausage meat, so they are also guilt free which makes them even tastier.
