i tried really hard to be good at the beach, i didn't count points which is my own fault. one night as i watched lee and the kids with their french fries and hushpuppies, i ate my salad with shrimp, which i thought was the best choice on the menu (it smelled funny around the restaurant and i couldn't force myself to eat fish) the bitch of it is

It always happens on vacation. And don't beat yourself up for the "good" choices you made. Really there aren't a whole hell of a lot of options that are "good" when you eat out. What you chose was undoubtably a better choice than fried shrimp and hushpuppies (hushpuppies = death). Don't stress.

oh, i am so back at it. it's weird though, how much more junk i crave after i've eaten badly. i know that's normal, but you'd think you'd get your fill and be done, hell now it sets off this junkfood craving. aghhhhh. i am 100% back on the wagon, i need that control back, and to not feel so crappy.
