i was down 9.5 lbs, then had 2 margarita's friday night and was up 2.5 this am.now i know that the salt and everything + alcohol, has me retaining some water. but i'm tired of that excuse (even though it's true), i think it would have been wiser to skip the margarita and potentially weigh .5-1 lb LESS instead of more.since i rarely indulge in ( Read more... )
