The other night I was going through the same thoughts, I was (still kind of am) scared of dying in child birth. Then of course because there was nothing to do to take my mind off of it, my thoughts kept spinning and spinning. In the end I think I got about 4 hours of sleep that night.
In conclusion I can agree with your fear of dying.
