At first I thought that Dick had entered into his collaring too quickly but on thinking on it, you captured his joyous, trusting, spontaneous nature to a tee. Dick trusts Bruce as a mentor, lover, partner and Dom, of course he would jump at the opportunity to be collared by the one he loves.

I had thoughts about that, too, but that's Dick! :) And if he changed his mind, he knew that Bruce would let him go, at least in the beginning. :) He'll hash out the particulars with Bruce, because as eager as he is to be his sub, he's got to set the parameters. We all know that Bruce can be very controlling! :)

I feel like this is something Dick has been hoping to happen for a long time, probably before they were even together. I mean he's given so much of his life to Bruce in so many different ways that this just makes sense.

There's more right? Eventually? It says there will be more but I can't find anyone. Oh, I love reading about D/s relationships and how they are formed/negotiated. You haven't given up on this story have you?

This one stands alone from the first part very well, imo. I love how trusting Dick is, and how Bruce gives him a choice-but is so nervous about it. A fancy collar for important occasions, and a plain collar for every day! \0/
