I woke up from an arm chair nap (just testing out my new living room black out curtains, of course) to see a gentle snow falling. with andouille sausage & smoked ham mixed in with the seasonings (garlic, green peppers, onions, celery, thyme, cayenne pepper, bay leaves & kosher salt). Smells really good.
