These past 3 weeks have been some of the most difficult in my entire life. Having this scoliosis surgery second time around was certainy less forgiving than the first time. I've realized that sometimes, if you're feeling really low, all it takes is some ABBA and a solo dance party to bring your spirits up.

So, if you feel like the world and all its inhabitants have turned their backs on you and cast you into the shadows of forget, just put some ABBA on and dance it off and say Fuck You right back to the world.
