I agree that brampton transit is horrible, but that's what living in a suburb is. I enjoyed part 1, but part 2 is just stupid.
Downtown, if you have a business, and you want to do good, its good to be within walking distance of a bus.
Suburb, if you have a business, one of the best locations is actually beside a highway, since everything's more spaced out, there's dependency on cars.
He could have spent less time travelling by renting a video where he grocery shops. The Fortinos he went to has a Blockbuster in the same parking lot area. OR if he lives closer to the place where he went to Blockbuster, there is an A&P in the same lot.
that's what I was thinking; this video just shows what our youth is like, they'll find any reason to complain and video tape it, even though they are so off point. If his time is so important, he should manage it a little better than wasting two hours going to two places which offer the same resources.
Yes, in Brampton you need a car - so get one, or dont bitch about waiting times. Its not like the brampton transit is out to fuck YOU personally.
Ya cars are adding to global warming -but your going to be grad we have have cars at easy access when you need to make it to the hospital in a life and death situation.
Your seriously just being super ignorant. Dont blame the city for not having bus times meet your personal needs. Not that meny people in brampton need the bus - so why would their services be so quick - when its not needed? No point running a bus for ONE person.
This is why more people need to speak up and make their voices louder on getting alternative transit going more strongly in Brampton. Transit, bicycle routes, etc... Lets make a difference!!!
Hear, hear! The above are completely uninterested in making the world more convenient for the masses, not to mention cleaner. I contest the claim that "Not that mAny people in Brampton need the bus", and I'm sure more would use it if it were better organised. Those comments just show what our adults are like, ignoring important issues and favouring cynicism and the status quo.
But some of them are not well lit at night and not plouged in the winter, which makes them ok from spring - autumn during the day...but what about those who need to travel safely at night or want to use that mode of transportation in the winter??? And the main one that I know of only goes North/South from just below Steeles to around Mayfield, along Hurontario...what about the rest of the city?
