I heard back from the publisher about my novel!

Rejected again! Oh, the suffering! It's not the rejection that bothers me so much as the possibility that I'm completely wasting my time. Instead of writing almost every night, I could be euthanizing my brain cells with television. Oh hey, I got your manuscript. I love your description in the customs form.
I am going to start reading it today. I had a bunch of deadlines, but now that all the stuff is out of the way, I can read. If my eyes haven't failed me yet.

So, don't spoil it for me cos I've only read through chapter 2. I love how that mysterious bloke resurrected the baby's mom.

Anyway, I found a few typos (I'm a tech editor, it's a habit) and a few phrases I'm nitpicky about. I should email them to you. Or I could post them right here where everyone can see. ;p

Also, what are you sending the publishers? The whole manuscript or an excerpt with an overview of the story?

Uh...no need to post anything. I think I'm going to have to make some profound and extensive changes to it anyway. I had some new ideas on where the series shoudl go, so I think I should use this as an opportuntiy to set things in the right direction.
