emotional burnout is to be expected: you've been running through a lot of neurotransmitters recently.

it's also good to remember that crying isn't just some atavistic reflex; it's one of your body's ways of flushing out chemical imbalances.

i expect you'll begin to feel much better shortly.

perhaps a cup of tea?
