A month ago I was a different person. I was more immature than I am today. I had narrow views on the world and its doings. I had little to no insight as to how things really go down. Things aren't necessarily as they seem, and people that you put trust into, don't always feel compelled to respect that trust

It's amazing what can happen in a summer, eh? What's even more amazing is that you've come to all of these realizations about yourself...with no one else's help.

I've been told many a time that college is about finding yourself. It's 4/5 years where you figure out exactly who you are, what you want, and pretty much...where you want your life to take you. At the same time, it's still supposed to be some of the best years of your life. If opportunities come up, and you can safely afford to do them (or even if you can't really, but decide you want to anyways :p) take them. Don't let anything else pass you by.

In the end...it's all about making this part of your life the best that it can be.
