Couple years ago, I was introduced to Aves Apoxie Sculpt at WonderFest. Originally used it as a filler for kits and small sculpting fixes. Figure moving from WED clay to this two part clay wouldn't be too bad, especially with some hand holding. Last time I produced a resin kit for Wonderfest was back in 2009 which was the head of the giant 7 ft dragon that's now in my living room. I'm hoping that by Wonderfest next year, I'll have another kit ready to go.

Having to go up a 15% grade is not fun. More so when you also mistakenly turn on a long closed road where a good half chunk of it has disappeared due to a slide... and decide on continuing.

Had to take the cat to a better equipped facility as the clinic I visited wasn't able to fix the cat's blocked bladder. Quite terrifying how quick things can degenerate in less than 24 hours. Previous two times my cat got an urinary infection, I was able to recognize it quickly and get him seen by a vet and put on a regimen of antibiotics. This ( Read more... )

Cat's not doing so good. Took him to the vet this morning and he has a pretty serious urinary tract infection. Vet was able to take a sample of his urine and it was pretty dark brown. Said it may have some blood in it. He's on antibiotic meds right now and pain killers. His behind is leaking some urine so at least it's not completely bottled up in ( Read more... )
