I LOVED THIS! I won't be able to find enough complimentary adjectives and adverbs to express how much I loved this, but wow! Stupendously, amazingly, brilliantly, wonderfully, stunningly incredible is a good start. I love how you built the characters of Sam and Fiona. They were similar to John and Sherlock, but different as well and fully fleshed out, wonderful characters. I was just as riveted by their scenes as by those with John and Sherlock, and watching the four interact was even better. Also, the mystery was beautifully handled and everything balanced wonderfully. In short, amazing fic. My hat is off to you!

:D :D Those are definitely enough adjectives and adverbs for me! :D I'm so glad you liked the OCs! I was a bit nervous about writing them, so it makes me so happy to hear they worked for you! And thank you so much! This was my first attempt at writing a sort of case-fic, and I had tons of fun putting everything together. Especially pleased that you liked it.

Thank you! <3

I've just read the whole thing in one go (I did break to eat) and woah. Amazing. Really interesting idea of the parallels between Sam and Fiona and John and Sherlock.

well hello! I'm the one doing the other fill for this prompt (yeah, I'm still writing it. I am the slowest person in the universe.) and although I mentioned a couple of times on the meme how much I love your take on it I wanted to say it again now you've posted it all together. Love the plot, the way you bounce Sam and Fiona and John and Sherlock off each other, and how all the lovely UST wraps up beautifully at the end but without it feeling too glib or unrealistically neat - like, Fiona and Sam being happy but Fiona still being concerned that being young and at uni means it's not going to last, and Fiona getting excited about possible careers and Sherlock being aware of the trouble she might run in to. It all feels finished and satisfyingly concluded, but there's still a really nice sense of the future these characters are going to have. Brilliant :)

hee, nothing wrong with being slow! It just means you're putting more thought in it! (Says the person who had a month long hiatus between two parts, lol.) I'm so pleased you liked my take, though! (I'm a bit behind on yours, but I've been enjoying it as well!) That's exactly what I was going for with the ending, so I'm so glad it came across, and that you liked it!

Thank you so much! :D

Thank you so much!
