alright guys i just got back from the athletic club and i did alot lol...probably too much but hey ya know. i did 3 sets of 135 bench, 72 pull ups w/ my weight set on like 110 lol, 200 crunches, ran 2 miles, did 24 curls on a straight bar w/ 80 pounds, leg pressed like 200 lbs lol...i def watched this guy incline press like 260 lbs...i was like ::
