I haven't updated in about forever. I'm alive. Working my butt off, single again, trying to get into grad school. The puppies are good, evil but good. Daddy is in Atlanta a lot. Momma is ok, she got a second cancer diagnosis, but not nearly as bad as the first. Call me if you wanna talk cause I'm a busy girl.

I know I haven't updated in awhile but life has been very hectic. Trying to graduate, doing the internship thing and family stuff. Unfortunately things have gotten worse. I think my little Bellini is sick and it makes me very, very worried. Beast was tough from the start, he never got hurt and never really got sick so I didn't have to worry like this. Just wanted to quickly post and say that my momma was out of surgery in 2 and a half hours, everything went really well. She was sent home about 2 hours after the surgery. She hasn't has much pain at all and hasn't had to take any pain pills yet. I'm gonna call her later and see how she is doing, but for now this is amazing news!

I have decided to participate in the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Race for the Cure. I would like everyone to think about donating to this, even if its a dollar. I am doing it in honor of my momma and this really means a lot to me. In all this bullcrap, I was reminded tonight that there are more important things. My mom is going in for surgery on Wed morning. This is her second one, the one where they remove the spacers and reconstruct what they ripped apart a few months ago. They are going to take skin and other tissues from the insides of her thighs and use it to skin graft ( Read more... )
