Well, I wanted to read more. Be careful what you wish for....

I still keep looking at A Storm of Swords on my desk, being all lonely and begging for love, but my emotions cannot take all that pain right now. Yet I can't bring myself to put the book away. I havent read all of Dark Tower (yet) but what I have? wow! (I'm up through the Susan story? Forget which book that it. Need to get the set!) GoT, I'm just in Fire and Ice, about 300 pages in. Riveting! That's on my Nook. Girl with the Dragon Tattoo is paper and in my potty :-) so it's moving slowly but very interesting. And then there's the fanfic, which is online in buckets because there's a Big Bang going on.

The Dark Tower series is amazing. The book with Susan and Roland's story is book four, the one I'm currently re-reading so I can read the brand new 4.5 book that came out a couple months ago.

I've been through the ASoIaF books once, plus the Dunk and Egg novellas which are set about 100 years before GoT, and I've been doing a slow re-read of them and am up to book three. It's seriously the most engrossing series I've read in ages... possibly ever. And re-reading it I'm finding so much I missed the first go 'round (partially because I tore through the first three books after season one of GoT because I could not stop myself from wanting to know how the story continued).

Yeah, I totally love The Dark Tower. Breaks your heart like a million times :-P

I can tell already about reading fast in GoT!! Like, I know I'm getting most of it but I just want to keep going to see what happens next LOL!

If you are going to be addicted to something you could find a lot of things much worse than music and books. I'm a proud junkie un-repentive addict of both. Read on!

I certainly don't apologize for my books-before-well-anything attitude, but I did sort of reach a point where I looked around and realized I have some serious catching up to do before I add much more to my library.

As for the music... I've spent the entire weekend backing up the 60GB I had on my PC so I can delete a chunk off the PC's hard drive to, you know, add more :)
