How long have I been gone? Forevah of course. I don't post much. I generally don't have a lot to say that I don't get out of my system through Facebook or Twitter or just general conversations with Friends I guess.

Enter the Wild Kingdom
The girls and I went to the safari park today. It isn't anything particularly spectacular but it was still a fun day. The highlight for me is the petting area thru had. Chickens and goats. Father Flanagan's Boystown
The girls and I had a very nice day today. We started out shopping for bath products, had some tacos for lunch, went to Boystown, house goods shopping and out for dinner and dessert. Muddy paws
Yesterday I was out with the dogs for my walk. Bennett is still full on puppy when we are out. He is so happy but he really is not fit for public consumption when we are out. Been here before. Hopefully not here again. I am having a little trouble keeping motivated but still slogging through a bit. Need to figure out a way not to want to completely go off the wagon on the weekends. I do okay during the week. More places to be, more reasons to keep moving, better chances to be healthy. Was just looking at my beginning of the year posts. Noticed I hadn't posted my new song for the year. I truly do hate Sugarland but this song always seems to strike me... at least the chorus does.

That has how I have been feeling lately. I have fallen waaaaaaaaaaay off track with food and exercise. I can see this in so many ways but the one that really struck me is The Daisy's inability to walk for any length of time without wanting to pass out. This isn't cool.
