I had enough even before I started to read it! I'm sure that international Law requires all that verbiage, but it's a damn shame you have to muck about with it.

It's not global warming that's causing the droughts and floods and insane wars, you know. It's the composting gases given off by heaps and mountains of GOBBLEDEGOOK legal language mouldering away in libraries and corporate headquarters!
