dairy-free, gluten-free, tomato-free pizza

I used Pamela's gluten-free bread mix (Whole Food's, little over $5 but enough for two crusts) with some basil, garlic and italian seasonings thrown in to make the crust, smeared my spinach/arugula/basil pesto, garlic and some artichoke tapenade on the cooked crust, added mushrooms, tuna fish and the Vegan Gourmet mozzarella, some salt & a few ( Read more... )

to melt cheese, I like to broil for a minute or two. It works really well!

Pamela's bake mix has pancake recipe on the back, it is our most favorite pancakes. Did I tell you that already? I forget.

Also my friend just made gluten-free rice crispie treats but instead of rice crispies she used chex cereal and DANG those were good treats. Just in case, you know, you need some treatin'.

What're you holiday plans?

Would rice crispies not be gluten-free?

Holiday plans are still being planned. Prob not coming to TX, tho. :( But we'll be there in March for Jenn's wedding.
