Being sick on your birthday blows. I am sitting in my room now studying....which isnt going well. I can hear the music and people downstairs having fun...since my room is directly above the basement and two speakers are on top of the heat vents. A reduction in the time people spend asleep could partly account for soaring obesity rates, a study has revealed. Researchers at the University of Bristol have found that hormonal changes caused by lack of sleep could lead to increased appetite.

Thank god I get my 10 hrs of sleep per night...lol....maybe not that high, but more than most people.
