Whee.
36 minutes, 3.1 miles. 16/18 minute splits. -1/-3 over the last run. So much better.
Not too bad, all things considered. My lungs aren't all the way back, but they are advancing.
I'm trying using google calender to keep track of my workouts. -

Yesterday's workout: Moving 1/2 Imperial ton of wood pellets from the garage, around the dirveway and down into the basement. About 200 yds total, and down a short set of stairs. 40lb bags, mostly carried in pairs ( Read more... ) -

Holidays were excellent.
I still have no job.
Moving into my parents until I do have a job.
So, I'm a bit of a mess as my stuff is split between here and there. By the end of the month it will all be there. -
