CHEAP BEER CONTINUES TO RUIN EVERYTHING. First there was my embarrassing drunken night, and now Miller's chosen to use Devo's classic "Freedom Of Choice" in its commercial. I'm sure that by "freedom of choice" Devo meant "but only when we're talking about beer."

Day three of the diet: I've discovered that I like being full more than being stuffed. This is an important distinction. Also, being hungry all the time makes food taste way better. Fruits and vegetables now officially have zero calories. Goddammit, I will look hot by summer if it kills me. Believe it, sister.

Oh. Crap. I just realized how much work I'm going to have to put in today and tomorrow so that I can get a decent grade on my Art History midterm. I have about seventy-five works to memorize, which I think I'll be able to do, but it's going to take an insane amount of work. Short bursts, followed by very short breaks. Best. Career. Ever.

I'd just like the world to know that I may still be hung over from Saturday night. Of course, it may be the fact that I got maybe five hours of sleep last night (and seven the night before), had the most intense workout of my life on Saturday, and now I have to wake up for my nine o'clock. I'm considering blowing it off to lie in bed and whimper.

I tried out for Colby improv today...callbacks are Thursday. I have absolutely no idea whether or not I'll make it, but I'm excited anyway. Maybe I am actually funny ( Read more... )
