Don't think this remark is dirty (which is probably too bad). I just wanted to tell you to go have some fun and forget your problems for a couple of hours. Think about Justin going commando - that sounds like a lot more fun than spreadsheets.

Sorry you're losing the apartment Brian. If it's any consolation, I'm losing my apartment too, for a different reason, so I'm moving out of an upscale neighborhood and into a decidedly middle-to-lower one. BUT! I get to live alone, and it's still New York, so hooray.

You're being eminently practical about your expenses. I know you're not expressing this, but losing the luxury of luxury has got to be tough on you.

Brian, I know you are angry right now. I can understand why and I know you hate saying no to Justin, as you told me.

You don't need to revisit taking anything from someone, but he feels pretty shitty right now.

Maybe after you cool down, just look at that.

He needs you. He told me he feels sick right now.
