I bought an 18 inch Zilidjian ZBT Crash ($70), a 20 inch Zilidjian Crash Ride (a 200 dollar cymbal normally, but I bought it usd for $90), and an 18 inch Sabian SX China ($90). And two stands ($85). Now I can make a lot of noise. And play the Comfortably Numb the way god intended. I assure you, you need 5 cymbals and hi hats to play it right.

If only I had the rescources to level Mount Washington so that no one would ever have to summit again :shudders:. I think I am screwed for hiking the Grand Canyon. I was shot after the top of Washington, and the Grand Canyon is 3 more miles (for a total 7 miles) of uphill trecking. Tina will be here tomorrow which mean YOU won't be. Toodles.

I got my liscnence today (first try), and I guess I am going to wedding with Tina tommorow. I don't know if it will be enjoyable or not, but I do understand that there will be catering... and Tina. Anyway, My dad had Catering for his open house this on Wednesday, so this will be twice I have had catering this week. Um... yeah.

All right, I am teaching swim lessons now, that pretty much occupies my whole day, because when I get back from that, I sleep. I got sunburned today, despite my use of sun screen. Pretty much, I am waiting for the weekend.

I forgot to mention on my top 3 worst covers list that there is a special place in hell for Dub Side of the Moon.

I spent the weekend at Tina's, which was fun, and pleasantly accented by watching Pink Floyd reuinte (over the TV) for Live8, though the morons at MTV decided that the guitar solo during the Comfortably Numb would be the ideal time for an add break. Well, i am trying Tofu for the first time in my life, in whatever this indian food I am eating is. I have had it in other things, but never as just tofu. I am a little apprehensive.
