Tomorrow is the last day of school with kids! It's really kind of exciting. We will be watching a movie throughout the school for the the first part of the day. Then the "fun" assembly. I just did several of thos blog things, see below if you care. This is the first weekend I haven't had something to do that took a whole day(at least). It's pretty exciting. However, I can think of several things I need to get to, so I'm going to quit playing around on the computer and go do them!

This damn war has taken my friend. I talked to a friend on Saturday of last week about how there were only a few people I really, truly wanted to see from my graduating class at reunion next year. He was one of them. I found out about his misfortune on Monday. Now, I want to see the remaining 76 of my classmates. I may not have liked them all ( Read more... )

Well, I have had quite a busy time, lately. I am now a certified canoeing instructor, track season has finished, and I got my mom fix on Mother's Day. School is coming to an end and I will be without kids by the end of the 26th of this month. My first year has gone well and I'm ready for a new batch next year ( Read more... )

I am now a certified canoe instructor! It came with a lot of bruises and patience. I have some massive bruises on my legs from getting into a canoe from the water. I nearly broke my nose coming up under a tipped canoe to empty it in deep water (very hard procedure). Between the snippy mom and her self centered daughter and the 300 pound 8th ( Read more... )
