Ok more info for the sake of not repeating myself lol......Its Kim's Uncle's old place on the Pershore Road....No.982 Its a 3 storey 4 bed terrace.We got it for a good price but its still a scarey amount of money. Plan is to take in a few waifs and strays/ slaves in order to help pay the mortgage...
Its not far from HOG (c.1.5 miles i'd say). Very excited!

we ARE GETTING IT for a good price... it ain't completed yet! But we're over the big hurdles (i.e. mortgage and agreeing a price), just surveys and conveyancing to get through.
