Yep. Next up are:
1- finishing the wood trim (downstairs)
2- staining the woodwork (stairs, doors, trim, etc)
3- second coat of interior paint, and first coat in the garage
4- gutters and downspouts
5- rear decks and front porch
6- carpet
7- air conditioning (ironic), humidifier, grates for air returns, thermostat
8- final security system
9- light fixtures (should be en route now)
10- kitchen countertops, toilets, pedestal sink, faucets, etc
