Its almost halfway through July. Summer is more than half over...its unreal. The last month has been great. Canada Day was a blast, and just lots of hanging out and time with the gf. A lot has happened the last couple weeks, and its all been great. Got my new bed, no longer confined to the 'single' bed, applied for a new department at work and had an interview which i think went very well...among other things. so some things have not gone so well lately. work is terrible. my boss tried to make an example of me for my choice of footwear ( i wear running shoes to work instead of the mandatory dress shoes, but my past 4 bosses and the first floor manager didn't mind) so i got written-up. first time ever. what the fuck. i handed in my papers for a transfer. Well...besides the fact I have been unsuccessful in getting a new job for the summer pre-hockey camp, I really enjoyed the first week of summer vacation. Its all over...second year finished for me thursday night. Overall, the exams went okay. I'm not a good exam person, so going in with 4 As and a B- wasn't gonna be something I'd expect to hold on to.
