OMFG!!! thank you so much for sharing!!!! this is the first BB i´ve read for SPN in about year and a half and when your name appeared in my friends page i just couldnt help myself!!!!!!!!!! this is awesome, i started today at 18:00 and its now 22:29 and i read it all in between supper and room mates!!! and finals!!!!!
For a moment there i really though Jess was going to die, i dont know some kind of SPN ingrained reaction about females dying tragically but then again, she didnt die and that was a relief because at first i dodnt like her, i mean come on,you just have to root for Dean here!(I´m a dean girl at heart) this Dean(fandom Dean) though not de d bag he is sometimes in the series.
I dont know what else to say right now cause my head hurts after too much reading, i´ll be back later, promise^^

Hope it didn't have a detrimental effect on your finals! I sympathize - I actually had a final exam on my posting date. SPN gives us just cause to be paranoid about the fates of female characters! Sometimes I think I should stick a little note at the top of those of my stories that get a little grim to assure people that I'm secretly a total marshmallow and I don't have it in me to give up my happy endings.
And I hope you get a chance to check out some other BBs this year! Looks like a great crop, I'm super-psyched that I can read more freely now that I'm done.

I must admit that I am shamefully guilty of lurking in this fandom. It's what I do; I feel like I don't really have all that much to contribute, so I lurk. I just had to comment on this fic, however. I've been reading your stories for some time now and you are IMHO one of the most talented writers in the fandom. I've thoroughly enjoyed quite a few of your longer fics, but this one absolutely takes the cake. It packs such a punch

Thank you so much for your very kind comments. I've found the learning curve on long-form fiction quite steep and it gives me the warm fuzzies to get such sweet feedback - I really appreciate it.

I really did like this. I like the horror aspect and the ending, too. It's like there's a tentative light of hope at the end of the tunnel. I loved Sam, Dean and Jess together, too. And gotta say, I loved the bit at the end about the names. I just kept reading here and loved it!

Thank you! I can't do hopeless. Writing entirely hopeless fic would just depress me too much.
