1. if i don't gag myself when i'm brushing my teeth, i don't feel like i'm doing it thoroughly.

2. showers last longer when you take them in the morning. not like.. you take longer showring in the morning.. but you can go for longer without showering if you shower in the a.m.

3. i have become obsessive about washing my hands. yep.
