Good Lord but in retrospect the last thing I should have done this evening was to watch Little Women - the Winona Ryder helmed version in this case, on More4 (I think), but I'm not sure there's any way of presenting those novels that wouldn't end up with me in floods of tears. Feeling the need for tidiness
Have just tweaked and pruned my friends list a little - nothing major, it was mostly just to remove some deleted/apparently dead journals. Also a couple of journals which are very much alive - and, indeed, are posted in so frequently and at such length that unfortunately I find myself skipping their writers' entries more often than not. The sore throat didn't sod off, turning out instead to be another flippin' infection. Lumpy bumpy tonsils ahoy! I don't feel too awful in (the rest of) myself, though, so I'm trying not to sulk too much about it.

A few thoughts for stupid o'clock
Sore throats can sod off.
Technology continues to frustrate and thwart me (today, it's Bit Torrenting, DVD rewriting, and staple guns provoking my wrath).
There is a limit to how much I can think up to do w/ the left over quark, creme fraiche and mascarpone from making three_wishes's birthday cake. And that's without getting onto the left over chocolate ( Read more... )
