When one wears pajamas to bed, would it be tradition to wear underwear underneath them, or to go, as they say, commando?

Unless you're staying at someone's house and are REALLY uptight about that sort of thing. But sleeping at home.. hell no

Gentlemen commando, ladies optional. Although if the pyjamas are tight, I would say underwear in both genders' case, to avoid unpleasant chafing.

Commando unless you're fond of outbreaks of thrush! If you are trying to cut down on laundry however, underpants mean not having to wash pajamas as often. Suit yourself really.

I think that it is good to have like air flow down there, like not good to have it all trapped in cloth the whole time.
