It amazed me last night, as I was having an anxiety attack in the BCC parking lot, how many people just walked by me. I was on the floor gasping for air the way someone choking might sound and about three people just walked past me without looking at me. i know how u feel. but that is weird...Amanda anxiety and panick attacks are NOT caused by ONE FACTOR->>> it is COMPLEX a web so to speak. You cant kill it off simply with a pill. A LOT OF WOMEN ARE GOING THROUGH THIS RIGHT NOW. And i have meet them personally so I can vouch that you are not alone. This one women at a party told me (and she is hispanic and 38 years old just to let you know how wide and vafied this is) With her eyes all dark,(and she has a child and a bad husband/father). she told me. "It feel like you cant breathe" and her hands would get all stiff, while she was driving

I'm not so sure it was an anxiety attack. Because it wasn't like I felt like I couldn't breathe, I literally couldn't breathe... like an asthma attack. I
I think it had to do with the virus I had. The girl I work with had the same virus and told me the same thing happened to her, tingly fingers and all.
The point of my entry was that people should pay attention and help others.
