THE KISS. JUST. WOW. I love how many times I've seen people say "I don't even watch this show/I don't even know if I ship this, but wow, that was an excellent kiss." BECAUSE YEAH, THAT WAS A DAMN AMAZING KISS, and I appreciate that that's basically universally acknowledged.
Speaking as one of those people who were like, 'that is a damn good kiss - let me watch the episode'... yeah. That was a technically, undeniably, flawless kiss.

I've been shipping them for awhile now, so I definitely expected that their first kiss would be enjoyable for me, but I definitely didn't expect that kiss to be that flawless and wonderflly done.
Yes, definitely! It makes sense that she would need a minute to process, but there's no way she would've turned him down at that point after the enjoyable Saturday they had touring SF and everything that happened in the previous vid.

Oh god, if we get anything even close to that (ESPECIALLY WITH THE HEIGHT DIFFERENCE!!!!), I will just about die. I will be so let down if we never get Lizzie/Darcy makeouts to that degree.
ZOE AND WADE REALLY ARE THE CUTEST! I'm really into Annabeth and Lavon, but I am worried about how Lemon is going to react. (I like her new guy too, FWIW.) I just want everyone to be HAPPY.
The Gigi videos are definitely not great demo app videos but I am MORE THAN WILLING to look past that because they are FUN and I get to see more of her PRECIOUS FACE and I am hoping they'll give us more insight into Darcy/Lizzie in the next month or so. And Darcy sibling funtimes plus maybe FITZ.
I KEEP THINKING THAT ZOE AND WADE CAN'T CONTINUE TO BE SO ADORABLE EVERY WEEK, BUT THEN THEY PROVE ME WRONG. And worrying about how Lemon is going to react is definitely preventing me from enjoyaing Lavon and Annabeth as much as I want to. Although I do like her new guy! He was super sweet when it turned out she was sick and their plans were ruined.
YES TO ALL THOSE THINGS! Anything that gives us more of Gigi's face is an excellent thing, and also getting to see Gigi/Darcy sibling stuff plus Fitz is a great thing. I mean, the show's already indicated that it's past the point of caring when it comes to the believability of these videos being posted, especially considering today's episode, so why not at least give us some enjoyable stuff if they're going to abandon any attempt at realism?
I'm so with you on Hart of Dixie - I'm so scared that they're going to destroy them!!!!! But I really hope they've finally given up on the idea of George/Zoe because honestly who likes them together?? So *fingers crossed* that Wade/Zoe will stay!
And I literally just yesterday watched the entire Lizzie Bennett Diaries and !!!!!!!!!!!! pretty much. The whole social media fail thing went straight over my head, though, mostly because I was too busy flailing over Darcy and sobbing for Lydia, but I do see your point. I'm still yet to watch the Gigi videos, though! Looking forward to it!
Oh and about The Fault in Our Stars - everybody seems to love it, right? I didn't think it was bad, but I didn't loooove it, you know? I think maybe because there was so much hype around it and I had very high expectations. Well that and also my love for Looking for Alaska might have ruined things a bit, so yeah.
I've pretty much accepted that the show's going to break apart Zoe and Wade at some point (probably in the pretty near future), but I'm just hoping however they do it doesn't ruin them and allows them to get back together pretty quickly. I really do hope they've given up on George/Zoe, too, though

ugh, yeah, it's kind of ridiculous how we went from the wonderfulness of last Monday's episode to all that transmedia fail and then to today's episode, which I also really didn't enjoy. Things were so great just a week ago!!!! Oh well. Despite all the issues I am having with parts of it, at least the Lizzie/Darcy stuff is always excellent.
First of all, TOTALLY STEALING THAT NICK/JESS ICON. I wanted an icon of that part so badly (even more than an icon of the kiss, believe it or not). I love how everyone has included a gif set of The Kiss That Shook the World in their posts, and every time it distracts me for like 5-10 minutes.
There's something I really adore about the fact that he doesn't kiss her until he returns the trenchcoat?
Other than the sheer physicality of it, that was probably my favourite part! He didn't have his power trench! Nick Miller never does anything spontaneous! He never leaps without knowing he's going to land! BUT HE DID IT ANYWAY. NICHOLAS.
On Lizzie not getting the chance to say yes, part of me wanted her to say yes because it would have been a confirmation of her feelings for us, the audience, but I agree that Darcy has to still think her feelings are ambiguous. Because he helps out without any real hope of being able to ~win her back or any reward or anything, and I wouldn't want to feel at all like he was helping just because she said yes

I'm glad I could help with the icon! AND I KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN, I have watched the last 5 min of that episode a ridiculous amount of times at this point and have seen that kiss plenty by now, but anytime a gif of it pops up on my dash or in someone's entry, I can't help but stop and stare at it for 5 minutes.
UGH YES. I love that he goes on talking about how the trenchcoat made him confident and how Trenchcoat Nick takes risks, but he doesn't take the risk with Jess until it's off. All the gifsets comparing Nick talking about how he doesn't do something if he doesn't know how it's going to turn out with the kiss have UTTERLY KILLED ME.
Yes, exactly! He's trying to help out because he doesn't want Lizzie to have to suffer through this scandal/tragedy/whatever, but he's not trying to gain anything personally from it. Although I am eagerly anticipating Lizzie finally explicitly acknowledging having feelings for Darcy. I mean, we've definitely seen that she does, but I want her to be aware of it and acknowledge it to everyone
