It's been an age since I've updated here. It's difficult at best to detail the things that have occurred in the last 27(!) weeks, but I'll do my best in a series of cuts.
Y'know, you're the second person I know who recently discovered that his quality of life was being wrecked by sleep problems he didn't know (but suspected) he had... my mental state, and waking tiredness, have both gotten a lot better lately, but they're still not exactly great... I'm wondering if it's worth having my sleep studied, even though things aren't so bad at the moment (or if I should have gone while they were at their worst).
