Do you know what it has for A/C and how close it is to the T? I do know someone that may be interested.

It is about 2,000 feet from Central Square Station. The A/C is window-based.

Do you know how large the bedrooms are? It's a little above my preferred price range, but I might be interested.

They are very cozy - like 9x10 on average - one is a little smaller than the other. The larger fits a Queen bed two narrow bedside tables and a nook for a dresser. The smaller one fits a doublesize bed, a bed side table, a vy small Ikea triange laptop desk and also has a nook area for a dresser. (of course both have closets)
